Love all your tips! Some I already do! We have over 850 kids and I have no helper. I see 10-13 classes every day except Friday. I have a fixed/flex schedule. I am also open 4.75 hours a day for students with passes plus my scheduled classes. All of my teachers know how to check in and out books so I can help their kids and teach their classes while students come in with passes. Also, I'm not allowed a sub so teachers can still bring their classes when I'm out. Shelving books is my biggest problem!
